My Philosophy

Real strength isn't just about how much weight you can lift—it's about moving well, feeling capable, and staying injury free. I work with clients to expand their movement vocabulary, address limitations, and build strength that serves them in training and in life. Every program is individualized based on thorough assessment and ongoing feedback.

Assessment session

Comprehensive Assessment

The onset of every training program begins with a 55-minute assessment. This ensures I'll have the information I need to create top tier individualized training that's effective and targeted. This assessment allows me to create a map of where your body exists in space, which will provide critical information going forward regarding the effectiveness of exercises and soft tissue releases. I track your progress over time free of charge so that we can determine what direction your training is headed, and how far you've come!
