Frequently asked questions
How do I get started and schedule sessions?
Once you’ve purchased a package, you’ll schedule your sessions directly with me. To keep your momentum going and maintain your "active client" status, I charge one session every three weeks to maintain your specific time slot on my schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
I value your time and mine! Rescheduled appointments must be made within the same working week if made under 24 hours. If I do not have the availability to reschedule, the appointments will count as a late cancellation
Life happens: Exceptions are made for verified emergencies or illness.
Late notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 75% of the full session fee.
How does payment work?
Payment for your chosen training package is due in full before our first session. I’m happy to accept Venmo, Card, Cash, or Check. Please note that all sessions are non-refundable and come with an expiration date (listed on your package) to encourage you to stay consistent!
Is personal training safe for me?
Personal training is typically very safe because you are under the instruction and guidance of a professional. That being said, physical exercise does involve inherent risks like strains or falls. By training with me, you are acknowledging these risks and confirming that you are in good physical condition to participate.
Note: I am a certified trainer, not a doctor. I always recommend getting a physician’s clearance before we start, as my guidance is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
What do I need to do for in-home sessions?
Since I’m coming to your space, I ask that you have a clear, hazard-free area ready for us to work in. You are responsible for the safety of the training environment. In the rare event of an emergency, I am authorized to call for medical care on your behalf.
