My approach is grounded in personalized assessments and curiosity about each person and their individual exercise history. My passion has always been to help my clients feel freedom in their movement, and to reduce any limiting issues that are holding them back.
I am an NSCA personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and soft tissue work. I combine my knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and habit formation to provide information that will address all aspects of your well-being, so your gains go beyond the gym.
I am currently enrolled at the Sacred Roots School of Massage, where I am deepening my understanding of anatomy, tissue behavior, and manual assessment techniques. This allows me to integrate hands-on techniques thoughtfully into training while I am in school.
I design each program with individual needs and goals in the forefront. Each exercise is chosen with specific intent to optimize movement and develop strength and healthy levels of mobility.
