Serving the Gallatin Valley · Strength coaching with a rehabilitation-first approach.

So often, we are told our posture is "bad" or "wrong." I view it differently: your body has simply found clever ways to keep you moving. A postural assessment is our chance to pinpoint where your body exists in space, and to discover if there are opportunities for optimization. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to help you move more freely, and do the things you love to do!

My training approach is rooted in exercise science, and physiology at its core. Combining my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, experience working as a personal trainer with diverse populations for 8 years, and devotion to continuing education, I translate complex health concepts into a simple effective roadmap for you.

A program only works if it fits your life. Drawing on my exercise science degree and years in corporate wellness, I build custom programs that respect your schedule and your injury history if applicable. Whether it's a micro-break routine to fit your desk job, or a 4-day strength training split, every exercise is chosen to help you move through the world with ease.

Every big win is built on a foundation of small, intentional victories. It all starts by honoring where you are today and identifying the milestones that will move the needle day by day. This is a collaborative journey where your feedback is just as important as the data. Together, we'll turn "I wish I could" into "I'm glad I did," celebrating every step of your evolution.

A Rehab-First Approach to Strength

This is not bootcamp fitness. Every detail is intentional.

High-Quality Assessments

We begin with detailed movement assessments, and your unique movement and injury history. This allows us to create safe and effective training strategies for life. That means we take the time to understand how you move—not how you’re “supposed” to move on day one. We connect where you are today with where you want to be, whether that’s getting back to the gym, keeping up on the trail, or simply feeling steadier day to day. If discomfort is a part of your experience, we treat it as information, not a reason to push harder or scale back without a plan. You’ll always know why we’re choosing an exercise and how it supports your goals. The purpose is clarity: you leave understanding your starting point and what thoughtful progress looks like from there.

Personalized Programming

My programming is customized to your goals and assessment results, and is always tailored to fit your lifestyle and availability. I include warm-ups, mobility, breathing exercises, progressive strength training exercises, and practical health advice to ensure your training is balanced and you are continuing to progress. Videos are provided to help you learn the exercises and perform them safely on your own. Nothing is random—each piece supports the next so training feels cohesive instead of like a grab bag of activities. We adjust load, range, and tempo based on how you respond, not a one-size-fits-all template. You’ll build skills and capacity at a pace your nervous system and tissues can handle, allowing changes in your body to build on one another. We layer in sport and life-specific work, so the gym carries over into daily life. You’ll finish sessions feeling worked—not wrecked—so you can recover properly and come back stronger than before.

Longevity & Confidence

Training is designed to help you move better in daily life—lifting, hiking, skiing, working, and aging with confidence. We train for resilience: joints that tolerate load, balance you trust, and strength that shows up when life gets unpredictable. Progress is measured in how you feel and function, not only numbers on a bar—though we’ll use those too when they help. You’re building a body that can say yes to the things you care about, with fewer “I’m not sure I should” moments. We celebrate consistency and smart choices as much as PRs, because that’s what keeps people training for years, not weeks. This is training you can grow into, not grow out of.
